The UMAREX Glock 45 Gen5 is a GBB (gas blow-back) airsoft pistol combining the full-length Glock 17 frame with the compact Glock 19 slide, in the crossover configuration adopted by police units as an evolution of the 19X. It faithfully reproduces the fifth generation, with all the construction features that set it apart from previous generations.

The gas blow-back system delivers a realistic slide cycle with each shot, along with the corresponding recoil sensation. This is a key factor for training purposes: sight recovery, grip management and trigger control are all learned in a way that transfers directly to live-fire practice. The adjustable hop-up lets you tune the backspin effect to the weight of the BBs you're using, directly affecting both range and flat trajectory.

The slide features the front serrations typical of FS models, which make racking easier in emergency reload situations with one hand or a high grip. The magazine well is flared to guide insertion without looking. The rear of the frame carries the Gen5 stippled texture, which improves grip over the grooved surfaces of previous generations, especially with gloves. The frame rails incorporate the full-length MOS-ready segments of the Gen5, with no lateral protrusions along their entire length.
