Chest rig Helikon-Tex Training Mini Rig (TMR) — Olive Green

The Helikon-Tex Training Mini Rig (TMR) is a minimalist chest rig designed for shooting instructors, competitive shooters and enthusiasts who spend long hours at the range. Its symmetrical layout keeps everything needed for an intensive session — magazines, spare ammunition, small kit — on the chest, without the weight and bulk of a full plate carrier.

At the core of the system is the integrated dual AR/AK magazine insert in the main pocket, flanked by four fixed pockets with detachable flaps, sized for pistol magazines, a torch or a multi-tool. The pocket flaps are adjustable and fitted with position indicators: retention can be dialled in once and reproduced identically at every session, with no need to re-estimate by eye. The main pocket adds an internal organiser and a zipped mesh pocket to keep small items separate.

The TMR follows a modular logic without trying to be everything to everyone: the MOLLE/PALS surface on the detachable accessory pocket, on the back of the carrier and on the lower panel allows a medical insert or tourniquet to be added, while the overall footprint stays compact. The universal H-harness is removable and adjustable, as is the hip belt: the rig fits different body sizes and can be worn directly over a combat shirt without adapters. Three Velcro panels — on the main pocket, the accessory pocket and the back — round out the personalisation options for patches or identification. YKK zippers ensure reliable operation even with gloves on.
