Mechanix M-Pact Woodland Gloves

The Mechanix M-Pact are impact tactical gloves designed for those who work with their hands under pressure: operators, hunters and shooters who cannot afford to lose either dexterity or protection when it matters. The construction combines rigid TPR knuckle and finger guards with a reinforced microfibre palm, keeping overall thickness low enough not to compromise grip on the firearm.

The Impact Guard protects the first joint of the index finger with an EVA foam insert while leaving trigger movement unrestricted: this is the central trade-off of this glove. Anyone who has worn traditional impact gloves knows that the index knuckle is often where fluidity breaks down on the way into the trigger guard; here the protection is present without encroaching on the working space. The thermoplastic TPR guards on the knuckles and phalanges are ultrasonically welded to the fabric, with no stitching that lifts with repeated use.

The abrasion-resistant microfibre palm is backed by an Armortex reinforcement panel and an XRD high-energy insert in the palm zone, absorbing impact and vibration during fire with high-recoil firearms or when using heavy tools. Double-layer fingertip material on the thumb and index finger increases abrasion resistance where wear occurs first, while raised texture on the same index finger and thumb improves grip on firearm controls even with wet hands. TrekDry material on the dorsal shell promotes breathability, keeping heat build-up in check during extended use.
