The Flat Pack 2.0 is a compact tactical backpack designed for those who need adjustable volume without sacrificing a low profile. Thanks to its expandable wedge system, it goes from an almost flat configuration up to 9.6 litres of capacity when fully open, adapting to the load at hand without taking up fixed space on your kit.

The main compartment accommodates a 1-litre hydration bladder and closes with a dry-zip that protects the contents even in wet conditions. The front admin pocket is designed for quick-access items — batteries, chem lights, essential kit — without having to open the main compartment. The integrated chest strap distributes the load and reduces lateral sway during movement, which matters when the pack is loaded and worn over a tactical vest.

The external attachment system is compatible with MOLLE/PALS platforms: the Flat Pack 2.0 mounts directly to the back panel of a plate carrier, assault vest or chest rig, becoming an extension of the ballistic load-bearing system rather than a separate second rig. This kind of integration is practical, but comes with a trade-off: once attached to the MOLLE platform, quick removal requires releasing the attachment straps, so it is not something you can take on and off in a few seconds the way a traditional daypack with padded shoulder straps would be.
