The elongated rear hem allows you to tuck it into your trousers while keeping your lower back covered during shooting positions — a detail that sets this garment apart from conventional sports hoodies.

The main body is made from 100% polyester, sturdy and tear-resistant; stretch panels inserted at the highest-movement areas — underarms, sides and elbows — are in 93% nylon and 7% elastane, the same material used on the combat shirts in the same line. This combination provides freedom of movement when working seated, kneeling or with a rifle at the shoulder, without the fabric pulling or distorting. A 100% polyester mesh panel stitched under each arm manages ventilation during intense dynamic training, where heat builds up quickly despite low outside temperatures. The hood has an anatomical cut compatible with helmets or tactical earmuffs without interference.

The full-length zip is the main trade-off to consider: compared to a pullover hoodie, the zip allows quick thermal regulation by opening the chest during movement and closing back up in a static position, but it adds a rigid element across the chest that can interfere with certain rifle stocks and some front plates when worn under a plate carrier.
