PTS Enhanced Rail Section M-LOK 9 Slot — Black

The PTS Enhanced Rail Section (ERS) is a Picatinny 1913 rail section made from reinforced polymer, designed for M-LOK mounting systems. In the 9-slot version, it provides a generous attachment surface on compatible handguards and forends while keeping a low profile and minimal weight: overall packaged dimensions are approximately 150x70x12 mm. It is an accessory for airsoft replicas.

PTS chose reinforced Dupont Zytel high-performance polymer — the same material used throughout their EP line. Compared to machined aluminium sections, this polymer absorbs vibration more effectively and does not abrade gloves or a bare hand during handling, even over extended sessions. The trade-off is the one typical of polymer versus metal: rigidity is lower than that of an aluminium insert, but for mounting lightweight accessories — compact lights, lasers, additional grips — retention is more than adequate, and the weight saving is noticeable.

Both ends of the section are double chamfered: this design detail reduces the risk of snagging on clothing, harnesses and slings during a draw or while moving. Compatibility is limited to M-LOK mounting points; it should not be installed on KeyMod systems or on natively railed handguards without an adapter.
