The Modular Bladder Pouch is a compact hydration pouch with a removable 1.5-litre bladder, designed to mount on any MOLLE system — tactical vest, plate carrier or pack — or to sit inside a rucksack as a self-contained module. The modest footprint (19x30x3 cm) makes it a practical choice for lightweight configurations where real estate on the body is already taken up by other operational pouches.
The three-slot MOLLE panel on the front face allows additional gear to be mounted on the outer surface, turning the pouch into an extra attachment point without adding bulk. The bladder is fully removable, so it can be filled, dried and replaced independently of the pouch shell — a genuine advantage during extended operations or in high-humidity conditions.
The drinking tube is neoprene-wrapped in a colour matched to the pouch and routed through velcro-secured loops: the sleeve insulates the tube against external temperature swings and cuts down on friction noise against the rest of the kit. Bear in mind that a 1.5-litre capacity suits short to moderate durations; for long outings in high-sweat conditions it is worth pairing it with an additional water source.
Key points
- The 1.5-litre bladder is removable, making filling and drying straightforward without detaching the pouch from the system
- Three-slot MOLLE attachment provides lateral stability even under dynamic load or when running
- The front MOLLE panel lets you add pouches or accessories to the outer face without increasing system weight
- The neoprene tube sleeve limits heat transfer and reduces contact noise with the surrounding kit
- Velcro tube loops keep the routing tidy and prevent the tube from swinging during movement
