Viper Tactical Dummy Plates

Viper Tactical Dummy Plates are non-ballistic simulation plates designed for anyone who needs to replicate the correct loaded profile of a plate carrier during training, operational instruction or exercises without using certified ballistic protection. Each plate measures 26 x 33 x 2 cm and the pair weighs 120 g in total.

The high-density EVA foam construction provides enough rigidity to hold its shape inside the carrier and replicate the volume of a real plate, without adding the weight that comes with operational ballistic protection. This is the core trade-off of the product: anyone training movement, position transitions or donning and doffing procedures gets accurate visual and dimensional feedback, without carrying the 2–3 kg per plate of a certified insert.
