The Nuprol Medium Hard Case is a rigid transport case designed for mid-length airsoft replicas — SMGs, carbines and compact rifles — with external dimensions of 80x39x20 cm and an internal compartment of 74x33x9 cm. Empty weight is 3.5 kg, comparable to a loaded hunting rifle: not the lightest in its class, but the impact-resistant polypropylene shell justifies every gram.

IP67 certification ensures a dust-tight and temporarily waterproof seal, offering real-world protection for anyone carrying sensitive equipment outdoors or in vehicles. The integrated pressure relief valve compensates for pressure changes during flights, preventing latches from being forced open or the internal foam from compressing permanently. The 4 snap latches with padlock holes add a layer of security against accidental opening, but do not replace a TSA-certified padlock where airlines require one.

The Wave-pattern foam — alternating ridges — holds the replica by friction across its entire surface rather than resting it on rigid supports, distributing lateral impacts more evenly. It is not custom-shaped like a PnP insert, so it does not lock the replica in a fixed position: more versatile, but less precise in damping movement on rough terrain. Shaped PnP inserts are sold separately. The ribbed exterior profile allows stable stacking of multiple units of the same model, useful when storing several cases in the same area.
