Plate carrier NOVRITSCH ASPC 1.2 — Wolf Grey

The NOVRITSCH ASPC 1.2 is a plate carrier designed for airsoft operators who want a lightweight, ventilated and configurable load-bearing system. Designed and tested by former Austrian military professionals, it accepts standard E-SAPI/SAPI size M plates, meaning the included dummy inserts can be swapped for live ballistic plates without modifying the carrier itself. Empty weight is 1690 g.

Version 1.2 came out of a field feedback cycle: the magnetic shoulder buckles from the previous version have been replaced with hinge buckles, which hold up better under repeated stress and are less prone to accidental release when the carrier is grabbed or snagged on vegetation. A removable double-sided shoulder pad has been added to distribute the load and reduce abrasion on underlying layers during long sessions. Stitching in the highest-stress structural areas has been reinforced. The practical result is a carrier that holds up better through intensive on/off cycles — a common condition in airsoft games with frequent respawns.

The side quick-release system uses magnetic QD buckles that allow the cummerbund to be opened with a single motion. This is the central design trade-off: the magnetic closure opens faster than a traditional press buckle, but requires attention when working near metal surfaces or using radio equipment with magnets. The front panel, rear panel and the entire lateral cummerbund feature a MOLLE system in laser-cut format, which reduces weight compared to traditional woven MOLLE and allows direct attachment of pouches without additional loops. The internal Hex Plate mesh base creates an air channel between the back and the carrier, reducing heat build-up during extended use. The outer material is 1000D nylon.
