NOVRITSCH IFAK Pouch — Flecktarn

The NOVRITSCH IFAK Pouch is a first aid kit carrier designed for airsoft, built for one-handed access. The main compartment features a closed top with front opening, measuring 16x13x6 cm, and houses the included removable inner insert, compatible with medical kits up to 15x10x5 cm.

The one-handed opening lets you draw the insert in moments where every second matters during a game. The closed top provides better retention than open-top pouches with elastic: contents stay secure during movement, but require a deliberate action to access. This is a design choice that prioritises carry security over raw speed — consistent with a medical pouch that should never open accidentally.

On the back, laser-cut slots accept plastic MOLLE clips (not included, sold separately), allowing vertical or horizontal mounting on a belt, plate carrier, or drop leg panel. On the front, a velcro patch bearing the NOVRITSCH logo covers a laser-cut red cross: removing the patch instantly identifies the team medic without any modification to the pouch. The pouch is hand washable.
