NOVRITSCH IFAK Pouch — Coyote

The NOVRITSCH IFAK Pouch is a first aid kit carrier designed for airsoft, aimed at players running a medic role or anyone who wants an emergency kit within reach on the field. The removable inner insert measures 15x10x5 cm, enough for a compact trauma dressing kit, while the outer shell is 16x13x6 cm.

The top single-hand opening lets you pull the inner insert out in one motion without freeing your other hand — a real advantage in a scenario simulating a casualty situation. This is the standard trade-off of an open-top design: access is immediate and restocking equally quick, but retention relies on the pouch's structure rather than a positive retention snap. Anyone who needs more security during fast-paced movement should factor that in.

On the back, laser cut slots accept plastic MOLLE clips (not included, available separately) and allow both vertical and horizontal mounting on a belt, the side of a plate carrier, or a drop-leg panel. On the front, a velcro patch with the NOVRITSCH cross logo in black is stitched in place: remove it, and a laser cut red cross on the fabric beneath is revealed, useful for immediate medic identification during play. Hand wash only with lukewarm water, no detergents.
