NOVRITSCH IFAK ACP Tropic Medical Pouch

The NOVRITSCH IFAK pouch is an airsoft medical kit carrier with one-handed front access, external dimensions of 16x13x6 cm, and a removable internal insert compatible with medical kits up to 15x10x5 cm. It is designed for players running a medic role in scenario games who need to reach their kit without breaking movement or using both hands.

On the back, laser-cut slots accept plastic MOLLE clips (not included, sold separately), allowing the pouch to be mounted vertically or horizontally — on the rear of a belt, on the side of a plate carrier, or on a drop-leg panel. Mounting position is a one-time choice, but it matters: mounted on the hip, the pouch is reachable with the opposite hand without rotating the torso; mounted at the back of the belt, it stays clear of contact points when prone.

On the front, a velcro patch displays the NOVRITSCH logo cross. Remove it and a laser-cut red cross in the pouch's own shell is revealed: players managing the medic role can keep the pouch low-profile during play and make the cross visible only when needed. The opening is top-open with a hook-and-loop closure: this allows fast, unobstructed retrieval but offers less retention than a hard-locking system — the right trade-off for an emergency kit, less suitable if the pouch is subject to hard impacts or inverted positions.
