The Nite Ize RunOff Waterproof Pocket is a compact waterproof pouch designed to protect documents, smartphones and electronic devices in rain, dust or accidental submersion. The IP67 rating ensures full protection against dust and submersion to one metre depth, making it a reliable choice in the field, on hunting trips or during extended outdoor use.

The waterproof seal is achieved through TRU Zip technology: a hermetic slider zip combined with high-frequency TPU-welded seams, with no traditional stitching that could become an ingress point. Compared to a conventional zip with a gasket, this system maintains its seal even after repeated open-and-close cycles, provided the slider is periodically lubricated with the TRU Zip wipes included in the package. The trade-off to keep in mind is that the hermetic zip takes a few extra seconds to open compared to a standard zip: anyone needing quick access on the move should factor this in.

The attachment system is designed for field use: the integrated attachment points are compatible with straps and harnesses, while the belt loop lets you carry the pouch directly on a belt without additional hardware. This is not a MOLLE/PALS system, so it does not mount to a plate carrier or panel-style chest rig; it is instead well suited to a pack, a hiking belt or a hunting vest.
