The Helikon-Tex Urban Tactical Belt is a 45 mm wide nylon belt designed for those who need a sturdy, functional belt with no metal components whatsoever. It comes in six sizes, from S (total length 110 cm) to XXXL (160 cm), fitting any body type without alterations.
The absence of metal parts is the defining feature of this belt: in environments where metal detectors must be passed through — entrances to government buildings, airports, courthouses or controlled-access areas — uniformed personnel can wear it without having to remove it at every checkpoint. The polymer buckle with Easy Blocking System™ provides quick adjustment and a secure lock, without sacrificing ease of use.
The 45 mm nylon strap distributes load evenly across the waist, making it suitable not only as a uniform belt but also as an auxiliary attachment point for light external loads. It should be noted that this is a duty belt: it is not rated as a fall-arrest device or life-safety equipment, and must not be used in climbing or rescue applications where specific certification is required.
