FMA

The FMA PRO-LAS-PEQ10 is a red laser pointer housed in a polymer body built to the PEQ-10 profile, powered by a single CR123A battery. It is designed for shooters and operators who need a compact laser to mount on a Picatinny rail without giving up real estate needed for other front-end accessories.

The polymer body replicates the external dimensions of a service-grade laser designator, allowing it to sit on the top or side rail while keeping access to the rifle's front battery even with short rail systems. The low-profile design does not obstruct the operator's line of sight and leaves adjacent rails free for lights or other aiming accessories.

The red laser produces a visible beam in low-light conditions and indoors, making it well suited to training and indoor use. It is worth bearing in mind that a red laser, unlike infrared, does not require night-vision devices to be used, but its effective range in full daylight outdoors is limited compared to a green or IR laser — this is the main trade-off to weigh when choosing. The package includes stickers for customising the external markings on the body.

Key points

  • PEQ-10 polymer profile: takes up minimal rail space and allows the front battery to be retained even with compact rail systems.
  • Visible red laser — naked eye: no night-vision devices required, well suited to indoor training and low-light environments.
  • CR123A power: a widely used battery, easy to source in operational and outdoor settings.
  • Standard Picatinny rail mount: direct installation with no additional adapters.
  • Marking stickers included: allow the external appearance of the body to be personalised.
