The Medium TKN is a tactical medical pouch designed to hold a complete trauma kit in IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) format, with external dimensions of 6.35x11.43x17.78 cm. It is aimed at professional operators, hunters and shooters who need to carry full-size medical supplies in the field — tourniquets, Israeli bandages, chest decompression needles — without compromising fast access.

The pouch consists of two separate components: an outer shell in MOLLE with a laser cut slot for a CAT tourniquet holder, and a removable inner shingle that keeps the medical contents securely in place. The slightly tapered profile of the outer shell allows the shingle to be drawn out with a single motion even when fully loaded, without the weight of the contents creating friction against the walls — a detail that makes a real difference under stress.

The attachment system covers a 3x3 MOLLE/PALS grid, compatible with plate carriers, chest rigs and field belts. Note that the pouch ships empty: the medical contents are chosen by the operator, which allows custom configuration for individual loadouts but requires the kit to be assembled separately. The package includes the TB1426 outer shell and the TB1384 flap; the inner shingle provides secure retention without a positive snap, which aids rapid extraction but requires correct positioning of supplies inside to prevent movement.
