The Medium TKN is a modular medical pouch designed to carry full trauma kit supplies. Originally designed to hold the US Army IFAK, it measures 6.35 cm x 11.43 cm x 17.78 cm and mounts on MOLLE/PALS webbing on a 3x3 column grid, making it compatible with virtually any plate carrier, chest rig or belt with a MOLLE interface.

The system consists of two separate components: an outer pouch in laser-cut material with a dedicated side slot for a CAT tourniquet, and a removable internal shingle that organises and retains medical supplies. The slightly tapered profile of the outer pouch allows the shingle to be drawn with one hand even when fully loaded, without the contents resisting extraction. There is no retention snap: closure relies on the pouch's shape and material tension, a design choice that prioritises access speed over passive retention in high-intensity dynamic environments — operators working under heavy physical stress should assess whether an additional external retention system is needed.

The internal shingle is removable and reconfigurable, allowing the internal layout to be adapted to different medical protocols or custom setups without replacing the entire pouch. No medical supplies are included: the package contains outer pouch TB1426 and flap TB1384.
