FMA L4G24 NVG Mount CNC — Desert Tan

The FMA L4G24 is a mounting system for binocular and panoramic night vision devices, compatible with the most widely used tactical helmets on the market. Machined from CNC aluminium, it weighs 190 g and attaches to the three standard front slots found on FAST helmets (MH, BJ, PJ and Maritime variants), MICH, EX and IBH — covering virtually the entire range of modular tactical helmets in professional use today.

The low-profile geometry keeps the helmet's centre of gravity as close to the head as possible: with a binocular device such as the PVS-15 or GPNVG-18, every centimetre gained in height translates directly into neck fatigue during extended operational use. The system allows one-handed attachment and detachment, meaning the device can be flipped up or down without removing gloves or breaking the grip on a weapon. That said, the reliability of one-handed operation depends on the stability of the mount itself: correct torque on the slot-attachment screws is a prerequisite for this to work as intended.

The finish is matte Desert Tan, designed to minimise residual reflections even under partial lighting conditions. It is worth noting that the L4G24 is compatible with the PVS-15, PVS-18 and GPNVG-18, but is not suitable for the PVS-14, which requires a different type of monocular mount: verify compatibility with your own device before purchasing.
