Wosport

The Wosport Fastener in Multicam is an elastic retention band with a Cordura pull tab and velcro closure, designed to add a quick cover to existing open-top pouches on chest rigs, plate carriers, and MOLLE/PALS modular panels. It mounts directly onto the existing pouch without replacing it.

The trade-off worth understanding before buying is the one inherent to this type of system: the velcro closure and elastic band allow very fast access — just pull the Cordura tab — but offer less retention than a rigid snap closure. During intense movement or in inverted positions, the contents are less secure than with a rigid lid. Those who prioritise draw speed and reloading accept this trade-off knowingly; those operating in environments where a magazine absolutely cannot fall out should consider a pouch with a mechanical closure instead.

The Cordura pull tab keeps its grip even with gloves on and does not deform over time. The velcro allows the elastic tension on the pouch to be adjusted, and the fastener can be removed in seconds and transferred to another pouch of the same configuration. The Multicam pattern (replica) integrates with the most common modular systems in camouflage configuration.
