The Mission Medic Pack is a 28-litre medical backpack developed by Eberlestock for operators who need to access medical supplies quickly and without hesitation under pressure. Measuring 50.8x30.5x14 cm and weighing 1,644 g, it sits in the sweet spot between portability and capacity for an advanced first-response kit.

The main compartment opens fully on three sides, exposing the entire contents in a single motion — a deliberate trade-off that prioritises access speed over protection against accidental opening. The internal velcro panel system is compatible with the included rip-off pouches, which detach with a single pull and allow subsets of equipment to be handed off to other responders without digging through the pack. YKK zippers with oversized pulls remain operable with gloves on, which in real operational conditions is almost always the case. The construction uses 500D nylon on the exterior and 210D on the lining: the former provides abrasion resistance, the latter keeps overall weight down in areas that are not directly exposed.

The proprietary EMOD system allows the pack to attach directly to the Eberlestock Mission Frame, turning it into an integrated module within a larger carry system. When used standalone, the padded adjustable shoulder straps fold into a dedicated rear pocket to reduce the profile. MOLLE webbing on the front and sides allows capacity to be expanded with additional pouches to match the demands of the operation. The top carry handle provides a quick-grab point for extraction or rapid repositioning.
