The EARMOR M32 Plus are electronic active hearing protection headsets designed for range shooters, hunters, and professional operators who need to protect their hearing from gunfire without losing awareness of their surroundings. The system includes both a standard headband and ARC adapters for direct mounting on FAST, MICH, and AirFrame helmets.

Active protection cuts in automatically on harmful sound peaks, while the two directional microphones amplify low-level ambient sounds — voices, movement, commands — and reproduce them naturally at the ear. The updated Dynamic Voice Tracking module in the Plus version improves speech intelligibility compared to the previous generation, a practical advantage in situations where communication with the team is critical. Radio frequency interference (RFI) resistance has been increased: users running a handheld radio alongside the headset will notice less noise on the amplified signal.

Compared to the standard version, the M32 Plus introduces several structural changes that affect everyday use. The 3-second delay on the power button prevents accidental shutdowns during sessions; the revised thread design allows quick detachment from helmet adapters without tools; metal battery covers replace the plastic ones and hold up better to repeated use. Silicone gel ear cushions increase comfort during extended sessions and improve acoustic seal compared to traditional foam, while still allowing some ventilation. The removable boom microphone lets you communicate over radio without taking the headset off, but its lateral position is worth considering if you use a full-face mask or an optic with a long eye relief — compatibility with your own setup should be verified before purchase. The radio connectivity cable has a MIL-STD TP-120 / 7.0 NATO 4-pin connector; compatible PTT devices are not included and must be purchased separately.
