The Continental X10 1-10x28 is a first focal plane riflescope designed for shooters who need speed at 1x and precision up to 10x from the same optic: with a 34 mm tube and a 28 mm objective, it delivers a compact optical package — 278 mm long and 651 g — suited to dynamic competition rifles, driven hunting, and professional tactical use.

The optical system combines ED glass and Schott HD lenses with a fully multi-coated treatment, achieving a stated light transmission of 93%: in low-light conditions — dawn, dusk, dense woodland — colour fidelity and sharpness hold up rather than degrading as they would through standard glass. At 1x the linear field of view is 35 m at 100 m, wide enough to acquire moving targets with both eyes open without losing situational awareness; at 10x it narrows to 3.5 m at 100 m, providing the magnification needed to read impacts and refine holds at distance.

The turrets operate in 1/10 MIL clicks with over 30 MIL of travel per axis, mechanical zero stop, and turret lock: the shooter can dial up for elevation compensation and return to zero without counting clicks — a critical feature during multi-distance shooting strings. The 95 mm eye relief keeps the eyepiece safely clear of the shooter's brow even with hard-recoiling cartridges. IP67 certification, nitrogen fill, and a stated shock resistance of up to 1000 G ensure reliable operation in adverse weather and under repeated recoil. The illuminated VET-RAR 2 reticle offers 11 brightness levels powered by a CR2032 battery, covering everything from full sunlight to low-light conditions.
