The Competition Rapid Pistol Pouch is the pistol magazine pouch from the Helikon-Tex Competition system, designed for dynamic shooting competitors who need to draw and reinsert double-stack magazines in a single motion, even under pressure. The partially stiffened body guides the magazine during reloading so you never have to look down at the pouch.

Attachment is via MOLLE/PALS or directly onto belts up to 50 mm wide — two options that let you mount it on a competition belt or a chest rig without extra adapters. That flexibility matters for shooters who switch setups between disciplines or want a modular rig without added cost.

Retention is handled by an elastic cord running across the centre of the pouch: the top stays open, making the draw immediate and silent, with no snaps to release or buttons to press. The trade-off is the one inherent to this design — draw speed is at its highest, but retention security is lower than a pouch with an active mechanical retention system.
