The Helikon-Tex Competition MultiGun Rig is a modular micro chest rig designed specifically for dynamic multigun shooting competitions, where fast magazine access and freedom of movement matter as much as accuracy. The system is conceived as the central component of a platform that integrates a belt and harness, and is meant to be dialled in load by load, match by match.

The philosophy behind the rig is genuine modularity: the entire front surface is covered in MOLLE webbing, allowing pouches to be placed exactly where the shooter reaches them with the least arm movement. A shooter running a .223 carbine while also managing a pistol and a shotgun can build an asymmetric configuration — rifle magazines centre-left, pistol magazines on the dominant side — without being locked into a fixed layout. That level of flexibility is a real advantage in competition, but it requires the shooter to invest time in the initial setup and test it before match day: a poorly balanced rig is more tiring than a standard one.

The chest rig is worn directly over any technical clothing with no plate carrier underneath, keeping the unloaded weight low and leaving the back free for a pack or a belt-mounted dump pouch. The harness is adjustable to fit different body types and varying clothing layers between winter and summer. The MultiCam finish blends into the outdoor environments typical of open-range shooting.
