The Competition Med Kit is a modular medical pouch designed for the range and for anyone carrying an essential IFAK during dynamic shooting sessions or tactical activities. Built in Cordura® 500D, it houses a removable insert that consolidates all first-response medical supplies into a single pre-configured block, ready to deploy in seconds.

The strength of the system lies in its two-part construction: the outer pouch acts as the housing and attachment platform, while the inner insert features elastic loops that keep supplies secured and a rigid non-slip pull tab for extraction. This allows the entire kit to be drawn with one hand without having to rummage through the pouch. The trade-off to consider is that the open top of the insert allows very fast deployment but offers less protection against accidental spillage compared to a lidded or zippered design: those operating in high-movement environments should weigh whether the speed gain outweighs the reduced retention security.

The pouch mounts on MOLLE/PALS or directly on belts up to 50 mm wide, and can be positioned either vertically or horizontally to suit the carry configuration. An external shock cord allows the pouch to be cinched down when partially loaded, or used to secure a tourniquet on the outside, accessible without opening anything. The loop panel on the front allows identification patches to be added — useful in team or training contexts.
