Helikon-Tex Competition Med Kit Pouch — Coyote

The Competition Med Kit is a modular medical pouch designed for the competitive shooter who needs first-aid supplies immediately accessible on the range or at a match. Its two-part construction — an outer shell in Cordura® 500D and a pull-out insert that holds the entire medical kit — lets you access everything in a single motion, without digging through compartments.

The inner insert is secured by elastic loops that keep tourniquets, bandages and other supplies in place during movement, preventing them from shifting between stages. The rigid, non-slip pull tab allows the insert to be drawn even with gloves on or under stress — a real advantage over simple hook-and-loop closures, which slow extraction when the hand is not perfectly dry. The trade-off of this design is straightforward: pull-out access is faster than a zip or press-stud closure, but requires the supplies to be loaded correctly into the insert so they do not scatter during extraction.

The pouch can be mounted vertically or horizontally on any MOLLE/PALS platform, or directly on belts up to 50 mm wide, making it compatible with the most common competition belts. The external bungee cord compresses the pouch when it is partially empty, or secures a tourniquet on the outside for even faster access. The front loop panel accepts identification patches, useful when multiple shooters are equipped similarly.
