Helikon-Tex Competition Double Pistol Insert Magazine Pouch — Shadow Grey

The Competition Double Pistol Insert is a magazine panel designed to fit into the dedicated pocket of the Helikon-Tex COMPETITION MultiGun Rig. It holds two standard pistol magazines and is built for dynamic multigun shooters who need to reload in rapid sequence without losing time fumbling with retention snaps.

The cells are partially stiffened: this allows the shooter to re-index a magazine one-handed even under pressure, without looking down at the pouch. A central elastic band in each cell retains the magazine through aggressive movement and station transitions, but offers no appreciable resistance on the draw. This is the classic open-top elastic-retention trade-off: draw and re-index speed is maximised, while retention security is lower than a hard snap closure. For competitive shooting in controlled conditions this balance is exactly what is needed; those operating in environments where a magazine must never come out accidentally should look at active-closure solutions.

The material is Cordura® 500D, Helikon-Tex's standard choice for shooting accessories that need to handle abrasion on the competition bench and repeated contact with hard surfaces, without adding unnecessary weight to the setup.
