Wosport Fabric Tape Weapon Camouflage — Woodland

The Wosport Fabric Tape is a self-wrapping tape made from non-woven fabric with natural latex, designed to camouflage and protect firearms, optics, stocks and any irregular surface. The classic woodland pattern suits wooded and dense scrub environments during spring, summer and autumn, where the green and brown palette blends with the surrounding vegetation.

The key difference from conventional adhesive tape lies in the natural latex: the tape bonds to itself through self-wrapping, leaving no adhesive residue on the weapon's finish or on optic surfaces when removed. It can be cut to length with scissors and applied in a spiral around components, including cylindrical profiles such as barrels, suppressors or bipods, without uncontrolled bunching. The non-woven texture breaks up surface reflections and reduces light reflection, contributing to overall visual signature reduction.

The trade-off to keep in mind is the one common to all self-wrapping non-woven tapes: the flexibility that makes them quick to apply and remove also makes them less resistant to mechanical wear than spray paint or a Cerakote finish. With prolonged use in wet conditions or heavy rain the material can absorb water and lose some of its self-adhesion. For outings requiring temporary coverage or terrain-specific camouflage that needs updating, this is the most practical format; for a permanent solution, paint-based alternatives should be considered.
