The BISON is a double-layer tactical belt designed for shooters who want a lightweight, stable shooting platform without sacrificing MOLLE carrying capacity. At 53 mm wide and adjustable up to 110 cm, it fits a wide range of waist sizes and accommodates holsters, magazine pouches and any MOLLE-compatible accessories.

The double-layer system is the core of the design: the narrower inner belt threads through trouser loops via a G-hook and attaches to the outer belt through a high-retention velcro panel. The outer belt, made of woven nylon with an internal rigid plastic skeleton, distributes the load without sagging and provides the MOLLE surface for mounting gear. The trade-off worth considering is this: compared to an injection-moulded polymer rigger belt, the BISON is lighter and more comfortable during extended wear, but the residual flex of the nylon means the inner belt must be properly hooked through the trouser loops to keep the load in position during fast movement.

The metal quick-release buckle allows the belt to be put on and taken off one-handed — useful in operational settings or on the shooting range where setup time matters. The integrated D-ring adds an anchor point for retention lanyards or other accessories without taking up a MOLLE slot.
