BENNON Commodore O2 REGI-TEX® Tactical Boots

The Commodore O2 REGI-TEX® are full-grain hydrophobic leather tactical boots with a REGI-TEX® waterproof membrane, designed for airsoft players operating in variable weather and demanding terrain. The upper combines smooth hydrophobic leather with textile reinforcements, while the three-component WARRIOR anatomical insole with heel cushioning provides the support needed during extended sessions.

The REGI-TEX® membrane integrated into the lining separates the water-repellent behaviour of the outer upper from the overall waterproofing of the boot: the upper resists surface moisture and slows absorption, while the internal membrane forms the true barrier against humidity. This dual-layer system works well under typical airsoft conditions — wet grass, light mud, moderate rain — though it is worth noting that any waterproof membrane slightly reduces breathability compared to a boot without one: in intense heat or high-output activity, internal heat builds up sooner. That is the inherent trade-off of any membrane boot.

The SPARTACUS dual-compound PU/rubber outsole is certified to the EN ISO 20347:2012 O2 SRC HRO FO WR CI standard: SRC denotes slip resistance on wet ceramic surfaces and on steel with detergent, HRO denotes resistance to contact heat, and FO denotes resistance to fuel. This occupational footwear Class O2 certification, applied to a product also intended for airsoft, reflects a construction standard above the segment average. The heel energy absorption required by the same standard reduces fatigue during rapid movement and frequent changes of direction.
