Hoe kies je
Bij een slaapzak telt de comforttemperatuur, niet de extreme temperatuur: dat is de temperatuur waarbij je echt goed slaapt. Synthetische vulling isoleert ook als het vochtig is; dons weegt minder bij dezelfde warmte.
De slaapmat is net zo belangrijk als de slaapzak, want de kou komt van de grond. Een tarp of bivy bag biedt bescherming zonder het gewicht van een tent.
