tasca-radio-miltec-open-molle-nero
Miltec Open MOLLE Radio Pouch — Black

Open-top radio pouch with MOLLE/PALS attachment, designed for portable field radios, walkie-talkies and similarly sized devices. With a base of 7x3 cm and a height of 12 cm, it accommodates most compact radios in common use; the upper bungee cord extends the maximum usable height to 20 cm, adapting to longer units without locking them in place with a rigid retention system.

The 100% Oxford polyester construction keeps weight low while providing a surface stiff enough to hold its shape even when empty, making single-handed reinsertion straightforward. Compared to a flap-and-velcro or buckle-closure pouch, the open top with bungee allows draw and reinsertion in fractions of a second, with no additional steps — a clear advantage when moving or in an awkward position. The trade-off is equally straightforward: elastic retention is sufficient for normal movement and standing activities, but will not secure the radio in the event of a fall or roll. Operators working in particularly dynamic conditions should weigh whether speed of access is worth it compared to a system with a positive retention catch.

The MOLLE/PALS attachment system mounts to any compatible panel — plate carrier, chest rig, rucksack or equipped belt — using the standard weave-through straps. The fit is permanent until you choose to reposition the pouch: no residual play once correctly attached.

Key features

The open top with bungee cord allows the radio to be drawn and reinserted one-handed, with no covers to open or catches to release.

Adjustable height up to 20 cm with the bungee accommodates radios of different sizes without any additional accessories.

The compact 7x3 cm base takes up minimal space on the MOLLE panel, leaving positions free for other pouches.

Oxford polyester holds its shape even when empty, making rapid reinsertion easier under stress.

MOLLE/PALS attachment is compatible with any standard grid system: plate carrier, chest rig, rucksack or belt.

In the box

Miltec Open MOLLE Radio Pouch
