zaino-miltec-assault-ii-36l-dark-camo
Miltec Assault II Rucksack 36L — Dark Camo

The Assault II is a 36-litre tactical rucksack from Miltec, made from 100% polyester with a PVC coating, designed for hiking, extended training sessions and carrying kit in operational and outdoor environments. With external dimensions of 51x30x28 cm and an empty weight of 1,650 g — barely more than a standard 1.5-litre water bottle — it sits in the medium-to-large daily tactical rucksack category, well suited to full-day outings with a complete loadout.

The entire exterior is MOLLE-compatible, allowing modular pouches, containers and accessories to be attached without permanent modifications. The shoulder straps are padded and 50 mm wide, a width that spreads the load across enough surface area to reduce pressure even when the pack is fully loaded. The waist belt with a Fastex quick-release buckle transfers part of the weight to the hips and allows the rucksack to be shed in seconds when required. The side compression straps let you cinch down the volume when the pack is not fully loaded, preventing the contents from shifting during movement.

The layout includes two main compartments — the larger one measuring 49x28x13 cm internally — two front pockets and an internal organiser. A dedicated hydration bladder compartment is included, compatible with standard tube-fed hydration systems. One point worth considering before purchase concerns the material: the PVC coating provides reliable protection against light rain and splash, but is not a substitute for a dedicated rain cover in prolonged downpours. Anyone operating in heavy-rain environments should consider pairing the pack with a separate rain cover.

Key features

36-litre capacity — sufficient for a full day's operational kit, including rations, hydration and technical equipment.

MOLLE system across the entire exterior allows full customisation of the pouch configuration without structural modifications.

Padded 50 mm shoulder straps and Fastex quick-release waist belt for comfort under load and instant removal.

Integrated hydration bladder compartment compatible with standard tube systems, without taking up space in the main compartment.

Side compression straps keep the pack's profile compact even when not fully loaded.

PVC coating over the polyester protects against splash and light moisture without adding unnecessary weight.

In the box

1 x Miltec Assault II Rucksack 36L
